The 3 Biggest Regrets People Have in Life l The Friday 3: August 20, 2021
Here's what inspired me this week.
1) What I'm Reviewing...
The 3 Biggest Regrets People Have at the End of Life.
Tenzin Kiyosaki is an interfaith hospice chaplain and sister of author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Robert Kiyosaki. When her brother asked her what those near death talk about, she said she heard three common concerns over and over again:
1. I did not live the life of my dreams.
2. I did not share my love.
3. I did not forgive.
“Understanding that death can come at any time can help you see how precious life is and how to really get on with our ambitions and our dreams, and to be kind to each other."
- Tenzin Kiyosaki, Interfaith Hospice Chaplin
2) What I'm Sharing...
A new prayer I saw on Instagram that spoke to me.
To those I may have wronged, I ask for forgiveness.
To those I may have helped, I wish I could do more.
To those who helped me, I am deeply grateful.

3) What I'm Cooking...
A health date shake.
1 banana (good for potassium)
1 cup of almond milk (rich in vitamin E)
3 pitted dates (high in antioxidants and fiber)
1 tbsp honey (can help improve cholesterol)
1 tbsp flaxseeds and chia seeds (high in fiber and omega-3’s)
Place ingredients in blender, add ice and a sprinkle of nutmeg for some additional anti-oxidants.
Enjoy and make it a great weekend.
All my best,
