3) I'm revisiting...
my favorite exercise from “The Artist’s Way."
The exercise invites you to make a list of the things you love to do and then do one of those things each week. I took “The Artist’s Way” class when I turned 40 and did this artist’s date exercise for the first time. At first, I struggled with making my artist’s date list, but once you get started and become more aware of the things that make your heart sing, the list become easier to create. It’s a great list to revisit over time as a ritual for the New Year, the New Moon, or a happier and mentally healthier you.
